The Kasikorn Bank International shall not be liable for any erronoues stuff, delay, costs or damages arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Applicants/transferee, or any misinterpretation of any information provided by the Applicant. It is further agreed that the Bank shall not be liable for any error, delay, costs or damages arising from the performance/non-performance on the part of the beneficiary’s bank, the clearing system of the beneficiary’s bank or the clearing system of the country where the beneficiary’s bank is located.
The Applicant agrees to pay all commissions, fees, charges or expenses related to the transfer of money at the rate specified the Bank(selling/buying foreign exchange services). However, all commissions, fees, charges or expenses incurred outside Thailand shall be borne by the beneficiary/receiver.
