Pirates set sail to the House of Representatives

One and a half weeks before the election in Berlin, the Pirate Party has a good chance to move into the Berlin House of Representatives. In the current ARD code survey by Infratest dimap on behalf of the issues of the day gave 6.5 percent of respondents want to vote for the party. So that the pirates would succeed the first jump in a state parliament.

The Social Democrats reached 29.5 percent of the votes and thus would have suffered in comparison to the 2006 election only a slight loss of 1.3 percentage points. A continuation of the red-red coalition would not be possible. The Left Party would, according to survey only 11 percent, 2.4 percentage points less than in 2006.
